Job Responsibilities:
* Perform software requirements analysis through engagement with project managers, project directors, and clients.
* Code development and maintenance.
* Lead and supervise development and deployment of software products.
* Support local and international clients via phone/email. | Qualifications:
*Degree holder in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or equivalent.
*2 years experience in systems development and support.
*Proficiency in C/C++, C#.net.
*Experience in WPF and .net 3.0/3.5.
*Solid understanding of design patterns required

Job Responsibilities:
* Assist marketing executive to manage NovoSun products in global/local market.
* Collect and analyze data to evaluate existing and potential product and service market and understand the market dynamics and customer satisfaction.
* Identify and monitor competitors and research market conditions or changes in the industry that may affect sales.
* Develop strategic marketing direction to achieve sales growth.
* Organize/prepare sales and marketing programs such as seminars, exhibition, e-newsletters, online/offline advertisement etc.
* Work in collaboration with graphic and web designers. | Qualifications:
* University graduate major in marketing/business administration/information technology with ideally 18 months work experience in ICT product marketing.
* Proficient in MS Office applications.
* Good written/spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
* Willing to travel.
* Strong business sense with strategic marketing mind set.
* Committed, self-motivated, well-organized, good negotiation, communication and presentation skills. | Optional:
* Knowledge on basic web language such as HTML desired.
* Experience in CCTV/video surveillance market.
* Familiar with CRM and/or project management software packages. |
