(2) Product name and version. ( For example, "CyeWeb 8000 v2.1.1)
(If you are using CyeWeb One Channel, please clearly state that your email. The program structures of the regular and the free version are natively different. If you are using the One Channel edition and you do not tell us that, we will assume you are using the regular edition and may give you wrong answer. This will waste your time as well as ours.)

(3) Basic system information. ( For example, "Desktop computer, Windows XP Pro /w SP2,  P4, 1GB Memory, 120GB HD, Logitech 4000 Pro Webcam, WinTV Capture Board" )

(4) If your question is about CyeWeb, you can export your setting and send it to us. This could be very helpful for us to diagnose your problem.

(5) Other information you think may be helpful for us to troubleshoot.
